Notes:

• Annual Subscription

The rates of annual subscriptions are set out above.  These subscription rates are subject to annual review.

• Individual Membership

Anyone over 18 years on 1st January 2016, unless in receipt of full time education at a recognised educational establishment.

• Family Membership

A couple and all children under 18 years on 1st January 2016, including children who are students in receipt of full time education.  Please ensure that first names and dates of birth are given under these categories.

• Junior Membership

Anyone under 18 years on 1st January 2016 who is not a member of a family group.

• Student Membership

Anyone over 18 years on 1st January 2016 and in receipt of a full time education at a recognised education establishment and who is not a member of a family group.  Please ensure that the name of the educational establishment is also given

• New Members

New applicants will be required to get two existing members of the club to propose and second their application and will be deemed to have agreed to abide by the club constitution and all club rules.  The application then requires to be passed by the executive committee in accordance with the club constitution.  The club reserves the right to refuse an application without giving a reason.

• Insurance Guarantee

The safety of a boat and its entire management, including insurance, shall be the sole and inescapable responsibility of the owner/skipper.  Boats shall carry insurance protection for third party and passenger liability of not less than £3,000,000.  By submitting an application for membership, the applicant is deemed to have guaranteed to the club that any boat owned by the applicant shall be constantly covered by such an insurance policy.
